Dietary Therapy Recipes
- Coix and Adzuki Bean Decoction: Cook 30g coix seeds and 15g adzuki beans in water until the beans are soft, add an appropriate amount of white sugar, take in the morning and evening (clears heat and drains dampness).
- Mung Bean and Kelp Congee: Cook 30g mung beans and an appropriate amount of glutinous rice into congee, then add 50g soaked kelp finely chopped and cook another 3 minutes, add brown sugar (clears heat and drains dampness).
- Winter Melon Soup: Cut 250g winter melon with the rind into pieces and cook into soup (promotes urination and clears heat).
- Double-Bean Soup: Cook 30g mung beans and 30g adzuki beans until the skins split, then add rock sugar (clears heat and drains dampness).
